To assist our technician, please carryout the following preparations prior to the day of treatment:
- Carry out power washing of siding;
- Cut back trees and shrubs that are touching the house;
- Use a weed eater to cut back any long grass within 3 feet of the foundation;
- Move wood piles at least 18 inches from the side of house or garage;
- Reduce clutter around house to allow for access for treating.
On the day of treatment (*)
- Move deck / outdoor furniture off deck or patio (if practical);
- Move toys and garden tools;
- Close ground floor windows and doors;
- Keep pets and children inside.
If you do not carry out these requested actions and we cannot close the windows or move your pets, we will not treat and you may be charged for a return visit.
(*) By law, if it is raining or the environmental conditions are not within the acceptable range (e.g. wind speeds are above 8 Km/h), we cannot treat and will reschedule for another day.
